Due to our ongoing expansion we require the services of a skilled and experienced Senior Credit Controller in at our North Strathfield offices (which will relocate to a brand new facility in Greenacre late 2018)
The Role
Reporting to the Shared Services Manager. This full time role will see you be part of the National Credit Department and have responsibility for;

Management of national/major accounts

Performing collection calls to reduce outstanding debtors

Resolving invoice discrepancies

Processing and applying customer credit notes

Processing month end statement reconciliation’s

Banking and payment allocation
The Candidate
-
Minimum of 5 years credit experience in a similar role
-
You are passionate about providing a high standard of service to your customers

Ability to build effective relationships
-
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
-
Strong excel skills and be proficiency in vlookups, pivot tables
-
Great negotiator
-
Results driven and customer orientated.
