The role
We are seeking an experienced Business Advisory Services Manager OR an aspiring Senior/Supervisor Accountant ready to take the next step to join our growing advisory team who specialise in providing advice to our SME clients.
Desirable experience includes:
- Managed the services provided to a portfolio of clients within a Business Advisory team whilst maintaining a strong business relationship.
- A comprehensive understanding of complex tax issues that apply to individuals, Companies, Partnerships and Trusts
- Strong understanding of general business issues including those relating to selling and buying businesses, the set-up of new entities and businesses, financial ratio analysis, accounting systems and stamp duty etc.
- Achieved and maintained team budgets and deadlines via effective workflow management
The successful candidate will:
- Have management experience or aspiring to take the step to the next level.
- Experience working with a team in tax advisory or business services.
- Have successfully managed a portfolio of clients
- Have a desire to expand their advisory experience with SME clients
- Had previous experience in a similar role
- Possess either CA or CPA qualifications
- Be able to demonstrate a professional approach to their work
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have excellent leadership skills – ability to motivate, influence and lead a team by example to achieve objectives.
