The role

We are seeking an experienced Business Advisory Services Manager OR an aspiring Senior/Supervisor Accountant ready to take the next step to join our growing advisory team who specialise in providing advice to our SME clients.

Desirable experience includes:

• Managed the services provided to a portfolio of clients within a Business Advisory team whilst maintaining a strong business relationship.
• A comprehensive understanding of complex  tax issues that apply to individuals, Companies, Partnerships and Trusts
• Strong understanding of general business issues including those relating to selling and buying businesses, the set-up of new entities and businesses, financial ratio analysis, accounting systems and stamp duty etc.
• Achieved and maintained team budgets  and deadlines via effective workflow management

The successful candidate will:

• Have management experience or aspiring to take the step to the next level.
• Experience working with a team in tax advisory or business services.
• Have successfully managed a portfolio of clients 
• Have a desire to expand their advisory experience with SME clients
• Had previous experience in a similar role
• Possess either CA or CPA qualifications
• Be able to demonstrate a professional approach to their work
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have excellent leadership skills – ability to motivate, influence and lead a team by example to achieve objectives.
