About the role
A key commercial role within a top tier professional services firm. As the Commercial Analyst you will partner with Senior Executives to manage the financial and operational activities of the division.
The responsibilities
Reporting to the GM Finance and Practice Manager, you will be responsible for managing the divisions financial and operational activities:
Other responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Analysis of customer profitability
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Oversee the month end billing and WIP
- Develop strategies for operational improvement
- Process improvement
- 3-5 year strategic planning
- Work on key projects
- Business cases for investment analysis
- Ad hoc analysis as assigned
The successful applicant
You will be a CA/ CPA qualified accounting professional (or at final stages) who has had experience in a Professional Services, Legal, Retail, FMCG or similar environment. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven track record influencing key stakeholders both internally and externally. Experience partnering with Operations is advantageous. Advanced Excel skills is advantageous.
