The Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Manager your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Matching invoices with purchase orders and processing a high volume of invoices
- Management of relationships with suppliers
- Statement reconciliations
- Complete weekly payment runs
- Assist with month end reporting
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned by your manager
Ideal Candidate
- Prior experience (ideally 1-2 years) in an end to end Accounts Payable position
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and vibrant personality
- Enjoy working both autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong desire to grow and further develop your career
