Position Description
Working as part of a team and reporting through to the Team Leader, your main responsibilities will include:

• Matching & coding invoices
• Assisting with reconciliations
• Processing a medium to high volume of invoices into the system
• Mange billing related queries, write-offs and time entry adjustments
• Complete time and disbursement and movements as requested
• Any other ad hoc administrative duties as required

Ideal Candidate
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic candidate with at least 1-2 years' accounts or billings experience. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and enjoy building relationships and working as part of a team.
