Our client is a leader in providing professional accounting and advisory services in the New England Region of NSW.
It’s Chartered and ranked in BRW’s Top 100 accounting firms. It’s a dynamic practice encompassing 125 staff and 15 partners providing clients with a range and complexity of services.
The partners are looking to invest in the future development of the practice with the recruitment of a talented individual who is like minded.
The successful candidate will be part of the senior team. You will manage your clients and staff in an autonomous manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and provide “best practice” solutions.
The role will include all facets of accounting, taxation and other projects. This includes:
The provision of high quality business advice in relation to:
- Tax optimisation and planning
- Retirement and estate planning
- Client accounting systems
- Superannuation including SMSF
- The preparation of:
- Business Plans and appraisals
- Information Memorandums for sale of businesses
- Business benchmarking reports
Preparing:
- Accounts
- Budgets & Cash flow Forecasts
- Annual Profit Estimates
- Income Tax Returns (ITR)
The successful candidate will be:
- a skilled CA or CPA with a history of working with clients and providing solutions within a professional practice.
- up to date with tax issues and accounting standards.
- capable of managing a portfolio of quality corporate based clients and others.
- managing a small accounting team.
- passionate, energetic and have the will to drive new business and develop client involvement.
- a fluent communicator and with advanced influencing skills.
- involved strategically in the future of the business
