The Company
This large ASX listed business has a high performing finance team and is experiencing year on year growth. They are looking for a Group Accountant to provide management accounting support.
The Role
- Oversee corporate and shared service functions.
- Assist with the preparation of statutory reporting.
- Assist with balance sheet reviews and preparation of monthly cashflow.
- Timely production of accurate and relevant financial records to aid management decision making and control, including reconciliations and supporting analysis.
- Proactive communication and engagement with operating business units.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders for areas of responsibility.
- Assist the Group Finance Manager in maintaining the minimum financial controls as well as other Group finance functions and ad hoc projects as required..
The Successful Candidate:
- Must have Business/ Commerce degree and be in the process of completing CA/CPA
- Experience with SAP
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Is ambitious, driven and career-focused.
