Global law firm and employer of choice on the lookout for a Finance Coordinator to join the business on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for liaising and collaborating with all the Finance teams and employees to resolve issues. You will ensure the finance Helpdesk electronic logging systems incidents and requests are responded to in a timely manner. You will ensure the Finance Helpdesk telephone is answered at all times.

In addition you will monitor issues logged which require additional expertise and take appropriate action, including gathering relevant information to provide the Financial Systems team which may need to be escalated. 

You will ensure all queries are followed up and users are satisfied with the response. You will provide related reports on request which are accurate and timely.

Finally you will be responsible for allocating Finance Helpdesk database tasks, and provide statistical Helpdesk data to relevant managers on a monthly basis.

To be considered for this role you will have a demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients. You will have previous exposure to financial systems (legal systems preferred). Previous experience working in a legal or professional services firm will be highly regarded.
