Are you looking to work two days per week to maintain your work/life balance?
The Role
The role on offer is a permanent part time Payroll and Accounts position working every Tuesday and Wednesday from 8am to 4pm. Days and hours are NOT NEGOTIABLE. The role requires will also include general office administration duties as required.
Your duties include but are not limited to:
- Processing payroll for 2 companies on a fortnightly basis
- Responsible for processing accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, reconciliations and banking
- Credit Control
- General office administration
- Answering phones
To be successful in this role, you must have the following attributes:
- Experience in all aspects of payroll
- Credit Control experience is essential
- Experience using Arrow prefer by not essential
- Microsoft Office experience Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Able to multi-task, work to deadlines and under pressure
- Confidence and ability to liaise with all levels of people
- Mature, reliable, and committed attitude
- Proven ability to work in a team and independently
- Minimum 2 to 3 years working in similar role in Australia
