Our client is seeking to hire an experienced Junior Financial Analyst who will work alongside a strong national finance team and assist in management reporting, the review of the business’ financial performance and the development of business partner relationships.

Description
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- The provision of management reporting to the business
- The review of the business’ financial performance
- The analysis of factors affecting overall performance and identifying areas of improvement
- The development of business strategic initiatives
- The cultivation of business partner relationships
Profile
The successful candidate must have:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant management accounting experience in business partner oriented roles
- CA, CPA or near completion
- Tertiary Finance qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information to business partners
- The ability to thrive in collaborative work environments
- Proficiency in Excel and have prior experience using general ledgers
