Due to growth within the Finance Division they are searching for a dedicated and passionate Commercial Collections Officer to join them. This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to build their career within a reputable organization!
The Job……
Reporting through to the CFO, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Collection of overdue accounts
- Negotiating payments for key clients
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Liaising with Management regarding decisions on overdue accounts
- Liaising with various internal & external departments to solve queries
You….
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working within a credit control or commercial collections role
- Strong competency using Excel
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
