The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for end to end payroll processing;

Timely and accurate payroll processing
Process Superannuation, salary sacrificing, workers compensation
Create new employee contracts
Process new starters and terminations
Month end close (reconciliations and reporting)
Managing payroll l queries
Working closely with HR

About you

The successful candidate will have a number of years' experience in a similar role, with end to end processing experience and who has worked in a stand-alone position managing a payroll function. High attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service skills.

A strong understanding of payroll legislation and ability to interpret Awards and EBA's is essential for the role. Experience with HR3 will be highly regarded.
