This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an industry leader and get into a role where you will have be given variety and will process payroll and accounts payable/ accounts receivable.

The position requires someone who has worked in a similar role with a strong understanding of Payroll and Transactional accounting. Reporting into the accounting you will also assist with month end processes and participate in a collaborative manner with the wider finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing end to end Payroll on Sage Meridian Micropay for 70 people
• Understanding Australian Awards and EBA's including all relevant matters of reporting compliance
• Reconciliation of payroll balance sheet GLs
• Submission for Payroll Tax, submission for Superannuation
• Maintaining employee master files
• Processing inter-company transactions
• Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
• Reconciling statements to the suppliers accounts
• Assisting with month end processes

Key Requirements:

• Must have the ability to process a Monthly payroll fairly autonomously
• Experience within transnational accounting; accounts payable and receivable
• Ability to work collaboratively and constructively within a team
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required
• Sage Meridian Micropay experience advantageous
• Ability to drive, full Australian driving licence
