About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Accountant with experience in an Owners Corporation envionment to join this vibrant and busy property management team. If you are looking for growth potential and are energetic, motivated and enthusiastic, then we would love to hear from you.
This role is initially a temporary position, but with potential for a longer term placement for the right candidate, with an immediate start.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Performing daily reconciliations (accounts receivable)
- Performing invoice processing and other accounts payable functions
- Ad-Hoc administration tasks as required
- Previous experience in an Owners Corporation environment will be highly regarded
Skills and Experience
- Solid accounting experience with at least 2 - 3 years is ideal
- Property or Owners Corporation background
- Able To Multi Task
