The Company
My client is an FMCG with a presence in every household within Australia and just as reputable in foreign markets. Located in Macquarie Park, my client has recently gone through recent renovations with brand new modern offices.
The company develops their employees to be the future leaders of the business. Offering attractive work life balance and culture they maintain their ranking within the top 10 employers of choice.
The Role:
- Weekly payroll of up to 300 employees
- Liaise with a 3rd party to ensure successful distribution of payslips
- Responsible for fortnightly pay runs for 600 employees
- Multiple Enterprise Agreement interpretations
- Manage multiple awards
- Report PAYG to the respective stakeholders
- Adhoc administrative tasks
Must have:
- Kronos will be highly desirable but not essential
- Minimum 3 years payroll
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to strict deadlines
- Strong understanding of award interpretation
- Strong time management and able to manage multiple Enterprise Agreements
- The ability to work effectively within a large team environment
