Description

As a Payroll Specialist your roles and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Managing the end to end payroll process for over 200 staff.

• Working through historical data to ensure payments and information are correct and up to date.

• Administer any back payments if required.

• Managing leave entitlements and accruals across multiple industry awards.

• Managing all payroll taxation and superannuation requirements.

• Managing reconciliations and end of month reports.

• Managing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

• Other ad-hoc duties as required by the finance team.

Profile

The successful applicant will have experience working in a full function payroll position and exposure to multiple awards. Ideally candidates will come with a background in Chris21 or Preceda payroll systems however other large systems such as SAP will also be considered. Strong excel skills and data processing skills are key factors for the role. Strong communication skills and great time management skills are essential to success in this position.
