Your new company
This Chartered Accountancy Firm is looking to grow its team and employ a dedicated Administration & Accounts Assistant to support their day to day processes.
Your new role
Within this role your duties will include:
- Handling light reception duties
- PA support to partner
- Invoice processing
- Customer service
- Data entry
- Ad hoc project work
Your role will grow as you learn the business and you will be given the opportunity to progress.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in a similar role. Exposure within business services or an accounts role would be highly advantageous. Excellently communication skills both written and verbal are required. Mandarin or Cantonese speaking would be highly desirable for this position.
