The Company
A newly created organisation formed through investment by business leaders in the engineering & facilities management sectors. Due to centralisation of the payroll function under the group entity, they require talented new resources in this team.
The Role
There are three opportuntiies available on a contract basis for 3 - 6 months, with the realistic opportunity to go permanent.
Responsibilities
- Analyse pre-live and post-live data across 2 payroll systems and Time & Attendance system for issues
- End to End Weekly payroll for up to 1,700 employees
- Checking and validating data for accurate set up in the payroll system
- Scoping and investigating the nature of all pre-live payrolls
- Review and interpret EBAs (approx. 38) to check against the payroll systems
- Manual payments as required
- Interpreting multiple relevant Awards and employee Agreement
- Leave reconciliations
- Payroll tax calculation and remittance
- Superannuation payment and remittance
- End of month reporting
- Calculation of termination and redundancy payments
- ABS reporting
The Person
You must be a tenured payroll profesional from a high volume, complex organisation. Neller Preceda experience is preferable but not essential.
