THE ROLE:
This position will report to the Consulting Manager and work closely with customers. Your job will be to work with clients on NetSuite and consult on implementations, business process reviews and support.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing general online systems & business consulting support
- Developing the appropriate customisation of NetSuite to effectively meet client business requirements
- Providing support, training and advice to customers, ensuring business process alignment with NetSuite through the implementations and support
- Providing on-going post implementation support to optimise user adoption and NetSuite configuration, with a focus on end user enablement
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- A degree in Accounting or IT
- Cert IV Workplace Training and Assessment highly regarded
- ERP or Software Consulting experience is highly desirable
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain or warehouse management – retail and wholesale highly desirable
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP solution (Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Business One, Oracle, MYOB Advanced, Pronto or Tech One) highly desirable
