A unique and interesting opportunity exists for a Graduate Accountant to join a global risk management business who are world leaders in operating safely and environmental care. This role would suit a recent Finance graduate with 12 months experience in a finance operations role.
Reporting to the Financial Controller your main duties and responsibilities will include:-
- Month end - Journals, GL reconciliations, reporting
- Management accounting - budgeting and forecasting
- Cash flow reporting
- Staff expense management
- Compliance
- Statutory accounting and audit
- Supervision of accounts officer
You will be working in a small but high performing finance team therefore experience in a small/medium sized business or in public practice would be beneficial. You must have excellent attention to detail, be self motivated and be about to embark on CPA or CA studies.
