The GM - Finance is seeking a motivated Finance Manager to manage the financial, treasury and reporting functions of the Group. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of the statutory financial accounts for the group entities
• Management of the preparation of quarterly financial information to be released to the ASX
• Assistance with the annual corporate budgeting process
• Management of the preparation of internal finance reporting incorporating production reports, cash flow, consolidated balance sheet and income statement 
• Preparation of ad-hoc analysis to for senior management
• Review of general ledger, inter-company journals, consolidation entries & reconciliation of financial data; continually develop financial functions 
• Management of periodic internal treasury reporting
• Team management 

To be considered you must:

• CA/CPA Qualified 
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles 
• AFSL experience/knowledge is highly advantageous 
• Ideally you will be a second mover with commercial experience 
• Previous team management will be advantageous 
• Effective report writing and presentation skills in order to write and present reports to the Board and management 
• Process improvement mentality 
• Advanced skills Excel
