A newly created position for this specialist vendor supplier based out of Bondi Junction is now live. We are looking for a confident experienced Bookkeeping Professional who is looking to do more and step up and grow with this greenfield organisation.
Skills Experience and the JOB:
- Provide all necessary administration and clerical work.
- Ownership associated with generating Purchase Orders, reconciliation of payments, receipts, invoices.
- Work along side off site accountants providing all internal data for them.
- Management of scheduling payments and preparations if funds transfers and fund release.
- Checking ,validating merchant statements and daily payment files (accuracy and correctness)
- Ownership and management of handling settlement queries.
- Operating the Petty Cash.
- Assisting with month end reporting with regards to management reports, cashflow analysis, etc.
- Experience using accounting systems and bookkeeping tools.
