- Advisory will initially be 30% of the role and this will increase continuously
- Plan is to develop you in order to grow in your skills and within the firm
- Variety in the role with the option to take on other streams like SMSF's & audit

- Take responsibility of a fee base of $300K
- Get upskilled in BD and be a part of driving growth and doubling the firms turnover.

- Autonomy and the ability to self-start are expected so that you can develop into a Superviser role by 2020.
- Client facing role where 30% of your time doing value ad work such as succession planning, restructuring and estate planning.
