This small Government Agency I renowned for the quality of service that they provide to both the Government and Australian community. Within this department you will have the opportunity to perform multiple tasks within your role as well as develop and expand your skill set.
Your new role
The right candidate will have experience working within the Federal Government and have experience performing tasks and skills inclusive of, but not limited to the following:
- Processing supplier invoices
- Perform the accounts payable role/function
- Process overseas payments in both
- Australian and foreign currency
- Managing suppliers vendor profiles and payment terms
- Calculate complex leave calculations
- Liaise with internal stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate will have experience perform the above listed tasks to a high standard and poses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you must be able to demonstrate a strong desire and ability to learn.
For this role you must be an Australian Citizen and have experience working within the Federal Government, it is also imperative that you have the ability of obtain and maintain a Federal Government security clearance (Baseline, NV1 or NV2)
