We are looking for a Credit Controller responsible for the Accounts Receivable function for our Australian branch based in Reservoir St, Surry Hills (NSW).
Key Accountabilities:
- Processing Receipts from Customers
- Reconciling and maintaining ledger of approx. 800 accounts
- Issuing Statements
- Developing relationships and liaising with Customers to settle accounts.
- Month End credit reports
- Performing of hoc Debtor analysis
- Maintaining Customer data base and CRM package.
Who we are looking for:
- Between 3 to 7 years of direct experience in Credit Control with a medium to large Customer base.
- Knowledge of Australian Credit Law as a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Analytical skill with a strong eye for details.
- Responsible, proactive, autonomous and flexible in organising tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to continuous training and extension of her/his knowledge.
- Team spirit with the strong ability to communicate properly with internal and external stakeholder at all levels.
- Dynamic, passionate, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
