Reporting into the Finance Manager of this highly regarded, rapidly expanding listed property group, you'll be responsible for accounting for a portfolio of assets and be the "go-to" finance contact for the associated Property Managers. 

Specifically, you'll take ownership of the delivery of financial results for your allocated assets, you'll play a key role in the budgeting & forecasting process, you'll drive the monthly P&L reporting (including analysis & commentary) and provide adhoc and project accounting/analysis where required.

This firm operates within a culture of excellence, so you'll be encouraged to identify improvements to existing processes and to make recommendations where appropriate.

Your other responsibilities will include involvement in the annual audit process, contribution to statutory accounts and other ad hoc reporting & analysis when required.

You are a tertiary qualified Accountant with a CA or CPA or close to completion and will be either from a Property Accounting or similar Management Accountant background.
