The Company
Our client is looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join a team of 4 and report to the Accounts Payable Manager. With an innovative company culture and the ability to work with experienced professionals, this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a new challenge.
The Role
Sitting in the Finance team, the role will involve key responsibilities such as:
- Overseeing month end balance sheets for anomalies
- Logging client invoices within the system
- Liaising with clients regarding to general queries
- Engaging in statement processing and reconciliation
- Preparing supplier cheques and EFT payments
Your Profile
The successful applicant will possess:
- Confidence when interacting with clients regarding their queries
- 3 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Professionalism and an eagerness to learn
