The Firm
One of the largest suburban second tier firms in the Melbourne region, who offer clients a comprehensive and integrated suite of services ranging from Accounting and Business Services, Superannuation, Financial Planning, Taxation and Audit.
The Opportunity
The manager will be leading a team that is responsible for supporting the firm’s own authorised assurance company dedicated to the growing demands of their clients. Your responsibilities will include: providing hands-on training, coaching and ongoing professional support for team members and leadership in the firm. Also to maintain and build a client base which ranges from not for profit organisations through to multi-million dollar consolidated groups of companies.
The Successful Candidate
- Qualified CA, CPA or equivalent
- 6+ years public practise experience
- Effective team management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to win the confidence of clients
- Attention to detail combined with the ability to see the bigger picture
