Our team of Chartered Accountants are Xero experts and they ensure our clients use the very best technology to automate their back-office processes and improve their business.
We're located in the city fringe suburb of Unley and our office is walking distance from the tram line.
About the role
We are seeking a career driven candidate to join our team on a full-time/permanent part-time (min. 4 days/week) basis.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the Directors of ProAMS. The role is fast paced and involves attending to client queries, payroll management, reconciliations, accounts payable and managing workflow across all clients.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
- Payroll including superannuation, RTWSA and payroll tax (all states)
- Accounts payable review
- Workflow management
- Ad-hoc tasks as they arise
- Communicating with clients
Skills and experience
- Strong payroll skills will be highly regarded
- End-to-end bookkeeping processes
- Xero and other cloud software tools
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally
This is an extremely flexible workplace and terms including remuneration, working days and working location can all be negotiated with the successful candidate.
