About The Opportunity
By joining our growing Adelaide Advisory team as a Senior Consultant you will be given the opportunity develop your skills and experience, furthering your career as part of a global network of Advisory professionals.

A self-starter with highly developed commercial acumen you will:

• Focus on organisational transformations, helping company executives to assess and transform support and operational functions
• Provide insights and recommendations on people, processes and systems and work with clients to deliver sustainable performance improvements
• Manage projects to deliver functional efficiencies
• Drive new and emerging technologies such as robotic process automation, blockchain and cloud based business intelligence and analytic tools
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients building strong relationships all levels of business.

 
About You
You are an aspiring Performance Improvement professional who is keen to take the next step in their consulting career, or who is coming across from industry and has a passion for consulting.

 

Demonstrated skills and experience:

• Extensive experience in organisational transformation
• Proven capability in process optimisation
• Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Performance management
• Previous experience working with Finance and/or ERP Technology Solutions
• Experience with Business Strategy and Organisational design
• Highly developed understanding Service Delivery Models
• Ability to lead and influence at all levels
• Professional finance qualifications (CA, CPA, CFA, ACCA or CIMA) or other appropriate post graduate qualifications are desirable.
