The Company:
We are an Australian owned national boutique recruitment company specialising in executive, professional, technical and human resources consulting. Our clients include multi national organisations across ANZ in technology, building services, design/construction, government, professional and industrial services.
The Position:
We have an opportunity for an experienced payroll specialist to join our team in the Sydney CBD. You will be solely responsible for processing payroll for our temporary and contract workforce across Australia.
As part of a busy team, your responsibilities will include;
- Process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll
- Timesheet interpretation
- Attend to employee payroll queries quickly and efficiently
- Prepare employee engagement contracts
- Interpret State Awards and EBA’s
- Prepare payroll reports
The Candidate:
Ideally you will have the following experience and skills;
- Knowledge of Awards and EBA’s
- Advanced Microsoft office skills including Excel
- Previous payroll experience 3 years +
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- The desire to own the Payroll department and exceed our contractors expectations
- A Team based attitude and a good sense of humour.
