The Company

Based on the fringe of the CBD, our client is a well regarded organisation in a high growth sector.

The Role

Reporting to the Shared Services Manager, you will work in a fast paced, high volume role and will be responsible for getting through a significant back log. Your main responsibilities will be:

-    Using Basware, process a high volume of invoices
-      Preparing Supplier reconciliations
-      Maintain Accounts Payable supplier details
-      Entering, matching and coding of invoices
-      General customer service to finance related tasks for the business
-      Undertake other ad hoc tasks.

The Candidate

You will have previous experience working in an accounts payable role, in a fast paced and professional organisation. With strong attention to detail and a confident approach to your work, you will be capable of working autonomously. Previous experience with Basware or a large ERP system will be integral in order to hit the ground running in this short term assignment.
