Senior Financial Accountant
A large, listed Construction company have had one of their Financial Accountants move internally into an FP&A function and so they are looking to take on a driven and ambitious Accountant who has a proven track record of delivering excellence. They offer regular on and off-site training and take the time to up-skill their finance team whenever possible with a variety of soft skill training. Historically, people who have worked for this organisation have done well in the job market after leaving due to this company's reputation for only hiring extremely talented individuals and providing them with exceptional training.
In addition to the training on offer, the organisation will provide you with 6 monthly career progression discussions where they will provide clear feedback on what you need to do to reach your goals (whether that be promotion/internal move to management accounting/higher salary, etc).

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of the annual statutory accounts
- Participate in completing consolidated month end results and reporting requirements
- Assist in the preparation of audit work papers for annual statutory reporting, including completion of Group Reporting
- Liaise with various departments to collate and consolidate appropriate financial information for the annual report
- Liaise with auditors and provide relevant information as and when required
Essential Criteria:
- CA Qualified
- Good accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work closely with business clients and the broader finance community
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
