About the Role:
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, you will be an integral member of the transactional services team and take ownership of a ledger within the stock & merchandising function. You will complete, with accuracy and timeliness, all invoice processing routines with their adherence to approval requirements, integrity levels, use of best practice and their meeting of specified service level agreements.
About You:
To be successful you must demonstrate relevant recent knowledge and experience in end to end accounts payable processes, including multiple term vendor invoices within a high volume environment. With previous experience in managing a supplier ledger, you will assume a focal point for internal and external stakeholder queries. This role will suit a recent graduate or an experienced accounts payable officer. Tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded, along with experience with Purchase-to-Pay processing, MS Excel and SAP. Proven ability to liaise with internal teams and stakeholders at all levels, willingness to provide excellent customer service, you will be a flexible, results oriented, deadline focussed individual. You will demonstrate attention to detail, high work standards and problem solving skills, along with a strong desire to improve efficiency and adherence to internal controls.
