Your new company
Our client is looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their fast paced team. Located in Niddrie, this company offers a supportive working environment for its employees with the opportunity to learn and develop within the role.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for full function accounts receivable, including:
- Collecting unpaid invoices
- Monitoring accounts
- Processing payments
- Negotiating payment plans
- Management of company’s debtors ledger
- Liaising with customers to ensure all invoices are paid
- Processing bank reconciliations
- Handling all enquiries about customer accounts
- Preparing weekly reports
- Creating and updating account records
- Ad-hoc duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable Officer position is essential. You will have strong communication, attention to detail and team working skills along with the ability to work on your own initiative. Having MYOB system knowledge is also essential.
