About the Role
Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Accounts Payable Function. You will need to be able to provide problem solving solutions, stakeholder management and have an excellent attention to detail. These duties include but are not limited to:
- Processing high volumes of invoices
- Streamlining invoicing processes
- Communicating directly with customers
- Performing monthly reconciliations
- Liaising with departments across Australia and external suppliers
- Minimum 3 years experience in Accounts Payable role
- Strong work ethic
- Clear communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
