The opportunity now exists for an ambitious Financial Accountant to step up and be mentored into the role of Finance Manager.
The Role
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Financial Accountant will be directly responsible for:
- Complete ownership for the month end reporting process
- Developing 3 x part CA/CPA Assistant Accountants
- Reviewing the work of the Accounts Payable and Receivable team
- Preparation of FBT, GST, BAS
- 12 week cashflow modelling
- Assisting the Payroll Manager with sub-ledger reconciliations
- Weekly sales analysis, including identifying trends and reporting on variances within a fast-paced, highly competitive environment
- Developing and improving budgeting and forecasting templates
- Commitment to continuous improvements and challenging existing procedures and controls

Your Profile
You are a CA/CPA Qualified accountant with drive and enthusiasm. You have chosen the breadth and excitement of the fast-growing, privately owned enterprise market over the constraints of an established multinational.
