Exciting opportunity to join a highly successful organisation based in Dandenong. Due to company growth they are looking at taking on an experienced Credit Officer on a full time permanent basis. Providing you with career progression and ongoing training this role is perfect for anyone looking to take their career to the next level.
Reporting to the Credit Manager your duties will include but are not limited to:
- High volume collection of outstanding monies
- Invoicing
- Receipt of payments and remittance
- Processing of credit notes, returns and payments
- Allocation of payments against outstanding accounts
- Query management
- Ledger reconciliation
- Credit checks
- Trade refs
- Negotiation of payment plans
If you are hardworking, love talking to people and building solid relationships with your customers then this is the job for you. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, must have outstanding communication skills, pride themselves in their ability to plan, organise and prioritise their workload with excellent attention to detail. Experience with JD Edwards will be highly regarded.
