An opportunity for an experienced accounts payable officer to facilitate the end to end process in a high performing, high pressure environment. The role is permanent and offers the opportunity to work in a high performing, corporate environment.

Our client is a leading and well-respected not for profit with an outstanding track record and reputation in the market. They are looking for an experienced AP officer who can slip into a fast paced corporate environment.
Description
- High volume, end-to-end processing of accounts payable using
- Appropriate cost allocation using GL account codes and department
- Facilitating accurate and prompt processing of invoices
- Produce end of month reconciliations
- Supplier reconciliations
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Expense management (credit card and expense claims)
- Supplier credit applications
- Other duties where required
Profile
- At least of 3 years of accounts payable experience
- Multiple entity accounting experience preferred
- Impeccable attention detail with an ability to work in a high pressure environment
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite and Excel
- Navision and MYOB experience is an advantage
