An exciting opportunity has presented itself for a motivated and sympathetic Accounts Receivable Officer to join a team in the CBD for and initial 3 month basis.
Client Details
Our Client is part of the Aged Care industry. Due to growth within the business they are now seeking for someone to come on board and help with the extra invoices that are coming through.
Description
As the Accounts Receivable Officer you will be responsible for ensuring proper invoicing of all residents in the facilities, collection of monies owed and the administration tasks. This involves processing and emailing of invoices, reconciliation of resident accounts ensuring accurate and timely processing of direct debits monthly and as and when requested.
Profile
To be successful in this role you should have the following:
- 2 or more years’ experience in a Full Function Accounts Receivable role
- Outsanding attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a busy, dynamic environment
- Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to deal with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
