The Organisation
My client are a global construction group who are responsible for some of Australia's most exciting projects. With a growing client base and a reputation for service excellence, they are a key leader in their space.
The Role
This is a 4-month contract role reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining professional relationships with both internal and external clients
- Preparation and distribution of monthly invoices to clients
- Maintaining billing schedules, ensuring deadlines are upheld by project leaders, escalating to line manager where necessary
- Weekly reporting on invoicing KPIs
- Maintaining scheduled invoices report and reviewing monthly for additions or removals
- Preparation of attachments & schedules to accompany invoices as required.
The Requirements
- 2-3 years' Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience working in a high volume invoicing environment (essential)
- Collections experience (desirable)
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Immediate availability
