Exciting opportunity with a local company who is expanding across Australia and New Zealand. This role is reporting directly into the CFO and you will be part of growing a successful finance team to support the companies growth.

Description
- Prepare all financial statements in a timely and accurate fashion to meet month and year end deadline
- Prepare all Management accounts and reports in an accurate and timely fashion to meet month and year end and reporting deadlines including significant business trend, profitability and efficiency analysis as well as business KPIs. Responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the month end timetable are completed (Balance sheet recs, bank recs etc)
- Work closely with the CFO to design and maintain Senior dashboards
- Work closely with the CFO to carry out periodic business and financial analysis in order to identify opportunities in cost saving, efficiency, productivity and strategic focus ultimately leading to increased profitability
- Work closely with the CFO and Executive team to prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts as required
Working closely with the tax accountants ensure that both business meet all their tax obligation in a time fashion
Profile
- CA qualified
- Five years post qualified experience
- Proven track record successfully completing financial statements and dealing with audit queries
- Experience completing month end and involvement in improving the processes around this
- Have a can do attitude and hunger to learn and grow
