Our client is a boutique and innovative practice located in Umina Beach on the Central coast. The practice provides a range of professional accounting and advisory services to a range of clients and their businesses.
The firm is progressive, innovative and different in the way it approaches business and in providing solutions to clients.
The partners are looking to invest in the future development of the practice with the recruitment of a dynamic individual who is like minded.
The successful candidate will be part of the senior compliance team, involved with the strategic direction and growth of the business. You will manage your clients and staff in an autonomous manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and client solutions.
The successful candidate will:
- be a skilled Manager with a background of providing key advice and solutions within a professional accounting practice.
- ideally be a CA or CPA and technically up to date with tax issues and accounting standards.
- have managed a group of clients.
- be able to work in a close team environment and ensure staff are motivated
- have a passion to drive new business and develop new clients.
- be a successful communicator and influencer.
- have the desire and ability to be involved strategically in the future of the business
