Client Details
My client is a highly respected mining company based near South Perth. They operate a number of remote mine sites with various EBA's which results in a challenging but rewarding payroll environment!
Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key duties:
- High volume payroll processing for 600 staff weekly and monthly.
- PAYG, Payroll tax calculations.
- New starter setups and terminations.
- Reconciliations of payroll ledgers.
- Generating reports as required.
- High volume timesheet processing and cross checking.
Profile
The ideal candidate would possess the following key experiences:
- At least 2 years experience in a high volume payroll environment.
- Previous exposure to new starter setups, terminations, manual calculations.
- Intermediate Excel as a minimum.
- Previous experience with SAP would be highly regarded but is not essential.
- Previous mining experience would be highly regarded but is not essential.
