Your new company
Operating out of the Inner east this organisation is seeking an accounts receivable officer to join their busy finance team.

Your new role
Responsible for the management of the accounts receivable process, you will hold an integral role that sits within a dedicated finance team. This role will involve mitigating risk and ensuring process improvements are in place for the smooth and effective running of the accounts receivable and credit processes. You will manage collections, cash receipting within terms, recording of receipts/remittances from customers, and generating and delivering monthly statements. In addition, you will be involved in generating weekly debtor reports, managing note creation, and ad-hoc manual invoicing.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a hardworking and dedicated Accounts Receivable Officer and hold the following:

• Proactive and timely in your approach to tasks
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Resilience and problem solving ability
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
