The Organisation
An innovative IT business are actively recruiting for an Accounts Payable Officer to join their busy finance function on a contract basis. This role does have the possibility to go permanent for the right candidate. This vacancy has arisen as a result of a high volume period and ideally suited for someone who has experience within a high volume environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager you will be responsible for:
- Matching, batching and coding high volumes of invoices
- Investigating invoice discrepancies
- Dealing with complex payment queries
The Requirements
- Minimum two years experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Ability to process invoices quickly and accurately
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong ERP systems and Excel skills essential
