This is an exciting time to join an established and widely respected Australian business which manufacturers and markets an enviable portfolio of market leading consumer brands. The business, which is headquartered in Melbourne, is undertaking a significant transformational change program and is seeking a commercially astute and highly talented finance professional to a newly created role.

Reporting to a Group Commercial Manager this role is expected to support and influence a broad range of stakeholders engaged in Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Capital Investment and Group Finance. You will use your analytical skills and your expertise in budgeting, forecasting and plant/manufacturing accounting to analyse, identify and monitor trends in financial and operational performance, providing insights into manufacturing operations performance, capital investment outcomes, working capital management and process improvement initiatives. Highly analytical and naturally curious, you will be expected to work collaboratively with the Group’s entire manufacturing portfolio, challenging the status quo and building a broad understanding of the operational landscape in order to help the business to achieve its long-term profitability and financial performance objectives.
