This well established business is fast paced, growing and operates in the dynamic healthcare space. This new opportunity will be based in Alexandria. 


Position
This opportunity will lead a high performing payroll function ensuring the effective processing of around 2000 - 2500 employees across the business. You will not only support Senior Management, but oversee a team of payroll officers and work closely with HR, finance and other functions. You will be across all statutory reporting requirements, as well as be comfortable in performing the month-end process, payroll reconciliations, superannuation, awards, termination and calculations. 


Profile
You will be a strategic and experienced Payroll Manager; with a proven track record of driving changes, motivating a team and ensuring the smooth running of a high volume payroll function. Experience with Chris21 and ADP GlobalView is preferred. Ideally you will also have experience in Workforce management solutions, medical / health industry awards and HRIS softwares. 

This is a fast-paced role; you need to be confident with strong communication skills and a positive / proactive approach. 


Benefits
This role will offer the successful candidate a great deal of autonomy to drive decision-making and the overall performance of the payroll function. 

A salary in the range of $115,000 - $130,000 per annum (plus super) is on offer for the successful applicant, based on skills and experience.
