Accountant wanted for a boutique sized inner city Brisbane Southside practice. Flexible hours would be considered with an option of either part time or full time employment.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Preparation of income tax returns and financial statements
-Preparation of Business Activity Statements and Instalment Activity Statements
- Liasing with the ATO on taxation matters
- Research - tax and business advisory
- Liase with clients and other stakeholders
- Clients will range from individuals to SMSF's
Skills and experience
- You must have or be well advanced in an accounting degree
- Be computer literate
- Possess a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Handisoft, Sage, MYOB and XERO
- You must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and written skills
- Ideally you will have experience in the business and taxation compliance areas
The applicant needs to be comfortable working in an office with a dog.
