Bookkeeping experience essential
Entityone Business Solutions is an established Bookkeeping and Financial Management business. We continue to have double digit growth over the past 5 years.
An exciting opportunity has been created. We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper with varied experience and the ability to process improve within our clients.
This is a Part-time role that requires a professional, confident, and strong attention to detail individual. It is critical that the successful candidate takes ownership of their clients.

As a Senior Bookkeeper your duties will include but not be limited to:
- General accounting duties on MYOB and Xero
- BAS lodgement and preparation
- Bank reconciliations including credit cards
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Document preparation
- General Financial problem solving
- General Administration duties eg filing
To be considered for this role you must possess the following skills:
- Strong time management skills and autonomy
- Strong work history in Bookkeeping
- Quality organisational skills
- Excellent skills using Microsoft Office
- Proactive attitude to role and willingness to help out in other areas of the business as directed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Applicants must have relevant experience in a busy office environment.
